Notice of B737-800 Aircraft Operating Lease for Shandong Airlines

敬啟者：

To whom it may concerned,

我公司計劃在2022年下半年至2023年采用經(jīng)營租賃方式引進B737-800飛機，機齡不超過10年?，F(xiàn)誠邀各租賃公司前來垂詢洽談?；疽笕缦拢?/span>

Shandong Airlines plans to introduce B737-800 aircraft (less than 10 years) to be delivered from the second half of 2022 to 2023 by operating lease. We now sincerely invite the qualified leasing companies to inquire with us. Please refer to the basic requirements below:

一、供應商資質(zhì)要求（Lessor’s Qualification Requirements）

1．出租人在報價時擁有報價飛機的所有權(quán)。

2．出租人凈資產(chǎn)不少于5000萬美元，或由凈資產(chǎn)不低于5000萬美元的第三方實體為其提供租期內(nèi)的連帶責任擔保。

3．出租人及其母公司、子公司、其母公司控制的其他公司和為其提供擔保的第三方實體（如有）均與山航?jīng)]有法律糾紛。

4．出租人及其擔保方（如適用）所在國應與中華人民共和國建立外交關(guān)系。

a)Lessor shall have the ownership of the Aircraft when submitting the proposal.

b)Lessor shall have a net worth of not less than $50 million or be guaranteed or otherwise supported by its controlling entity with such net worth.

c)The Lessor, any entity that has majority ownership or control (directly or indirectly) of the Lessor (“Lessor Parent”),and subsidiaries or any other entity which the Lessor or the Lessor Parent has majority ownership or control of (directly or indirectly),or any guarantor providing a guarantee of the Lessor’s obligations to SDA under the transaction (if any) is not and shall not have been a party to a legal or administrative proceedings or arbitration against SDA.

d)The country or domicile of the Lessor and its guarantee party (if applicable) shall have diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China.

二、詢價文件獲取方式 (Way for Obtaining RFP)

請各有意向供應商通過電子郵件聯(lián)系我公司獲得詢價文件，我公司將以電子文本格式將《詢價文件》發(fā)送至供應商所指定的電子郵箱。請注意我公司有權(quán)對供應商進行資質(zhì)審核，如資質(zhì)審核不通過則報價將可能無效。

Please contact us by email for obtaining the RFP,and SDA will send the soft copy accordingly.Please note that Shandong Airlines will review the qualifications of Lessor,and if the Lessor cannot meet the requirements,the proposal may be invalid.
